Should I enter the scores as the visiting team?

Only the home team should enter the scores.  If you notice the scores have not been posted for several days after the match date AND there is not a notice on the page explaining why, call your scorekeeper and ask for direction.

How should the scores be reported online if we've had a rain-out?

If you've had a rain out or rain delay simply notify the web administrator via email of your level and team name and we will post a notice on your level page that this is the reason for the delay in score reporting.  Once all lines of play have been made up you can then enter scores as usual using the original match date on the scorecard drop down list.

What should I do if I notice incorrect scores on the web site?

If you notice incorrect scores on the web site you should contact your captain.  If you are the captain of your team, you should contact your scorekeeper.  The only way scores on the web can be changed once posted is through the scorekeeper.  The scorekeeper will verify the information with both captains and then make the appropriate changes.

What should I do if I notice that my name is misspelled on the web site?

If your name has been spelled incorrectly on the web site, we'd be happy to make the correction.  You may go to the 'Players Notes' page from the navigation bar, query for your name and make the correction right on the web site.  This action is captured by the Web Site and will be posted to the database after review by a responsible SCTL Official.  (Short Cut, click HERE)

Saving your level pages in your "Favorites" folder on AOL may result in slow updates.

Depending on your computer settings try the following:

1.)  Try the 'reload' function by clicking on the circular icon at the top of your browser

2.)  Place your cursor in your browser address window and manually type in the SCTL web address.  www.spacecoasttennis.com, or try clicking this link.

3.)  Use an alternate browser such asInternet Explorer or Netscape Now Netscape Navigator.  These browsers can be installed by clicking on the appropriate links.  These browsers show updates instantly.  Unfortunately AOL Browsers, even if  not 'book marked'  to our page can be much slower to update pages with new information.
