Below is an official Protest Form. Please read Section VII of the SCTL Rules before completing this form. (Outlined Below)
VII. Protests & Grievances A. No protest can be filed if the protesting team's captain or their representative have signed the scorecard after the match.
B. All protests must be submitted using the match protest form on the SCTL website and a filing fee of $25 must be forwarded to the Rules Committee Chairperson within 5 days of the involved match. Checks should be made payable to SCTL. The fee (check) will be deposited if the protest is not upheld, or the check will be returned if the protest is upheld. The SCTL website (Webmaster) will notify the rules chairperson, who will notify the vice president of the appropriate division, scorekeeper and opposing captain.
The following situations may be officially protested.
1. Failure to have a correct and complete lineup written on the scorecard at the time of the scorecard exchange 2. Failure to exchange correct and completed scorecard at the agreed upon time 3. Playing an ineligible player in a scheduled match
